the location was excellent and the rooms.also were very good with very soft and comfortable bedding ,will definitely come back

Real fast was limited but was sumptuous. Rooms could be more better kept as furniture is old and control of AC is required. All in all quite good stay.

The hotel's location is good and the staff is nice. But the room feels very suffocating because of wooden windows. The plumbing is bad. The breakfast can be better. Atleast they can change the fresh item regularly. The staff is very helpful and do their best.

The staff were the big positive in this hotel. Specially the front office manager mr jubair. He was courteous, helpful and professionally sound. The food quality also was reasonably good.

The money they are given according room was so small and bed was to much small bed sheet was not clean food taste was not good over all very bad experience

Location of the hotel

It was my favourite hotel prior & during all my past visits to Pune, I stayed here. But this time it was extremely horrible experience. It fealt like that the Hotel Management is no more interested to run it further.
